Türk Telekom İstanbul 24h BOOSTRACE is a cycling race that contains solo or teams of 2, 4, 6 riders . Only 1 rider from each team will be riding on the track at the same time and each team will determine the duration of their stay on the track. Ranking will be based on the maximum distance ridden .
ISTANBUL 24h is not just an athletic competition on the track, it is also about overcoming a joint challenge. Because a team consists of athletes along with the Boosters and all their friends and families who support them. While the pulse of the race continues for 24 hours, supporters will be able to watch the race at any time and be a part of this unique experience.
You will experience the adrenaline of driving all night on the track, which will be illuminated at night. You will question your timing strategy throughout the race, which you will establish with your teammates,. You will be side by side with all the competitors day and night, and you will spend all kinds of difficulties together. But most importantly, you will live 24 hours that you will never forget.
Teams and athletes settle in the areas allocated to them in the Garages or Lodges throughout the entire race.
These areas are marked according to the team numbers and there will be no numbering nor reservation. On the registration day, teams can place in the vacant spaces. Garages are the areas that open directly to the track area, while the lodges are the upper floors of the garages. Competitor capacities and fees are different.
In the 24 Hours Cycling Race, only 1 person from each team can race on the track at the same time.
The change is made only in the pit area. A change is achieved by transferring
the team bracelet to the teammate who will enter the track.
How long the competitors will stay
on the track and how many times a competitor will appear on the track is entirely the choice of the
team.
There is no obligation to keep the runway always with a team mate. Front and rear
bicycle lighting is mandatory for night riding.
The rating will be determined by the distance traveled on the track.
